How do DE NOIR dresses fit? Do they run true to size?
Our dresses are designed with an intentional hourglass silhouette in mind. Most styles feature a built-in corset or structured bodice, which means the fit is close and sculpted - not oversized. As a general rule, if you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up. Always check the size chart on our website before ordering - it's your best reference.
I'm petite - will your dresses suit me?
Absolutely. Many of our designs, particularly mini styles like the Belle Petite, Gigi, and Amalfi, have been worn and loved by our petite community. The ruched detailing and thigh-high splits on certain styles also do a beautiful job of elongating the figure regardless of height.
To help you visualise exactly how a dress will look on your frame, every product page includes the size and height of the model featured in the images. This means you can find a model closest to your own measurements and get a realistic idea of the fit, length, and drape before you buy.
My bust is larger than the size guide suggests - what should I do?
This is one of our most asked questions. For styles with a structured or corset-style bodice, we recommend sizing up to accommodate your bust and having the waist taken in by a tailor if needed. We're always working to expand our fit range, your feedback shapes our future designs.

How long will my order take to arrive?
UK orders typically arrive within 2–5 working days. We offer next-day delivery Monday to Friday and free UK shipping on orders over £180. For international customers, delivery times vary by destination. All orders are shipped from London, UK.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If you haven't received this within 2 business days of placing your order, check your spam folder first - then reach out to us via the contact page and we'll look into it straight away.
Do you ship internationally? Will I be charged customs on arrival?
We ship worldwide, and we've just made the international shopping experience even better.
Customers outside Europe can now prepay customs duties at checkout directly on our website. That means zero surprise charges waiting for you at the door. This covers our busiest international destinations, including the USA and Australia, so wherever you are, you can shop DE NOIR with no hidden costs.
EU customers continue to benefit from zero customs charges as before. US customers also enjoy free shipping on orders over £250.
