Return Policy
We hope you love your DE NOIR pieces - but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for UK orders and 30 days for EU and international orders.
To be eligible for a refund, returned items must:

Be unworn and undamaged

Arrive in their original packaging, with all tags and hygiene stickers attached

Be free from stains, makeup marks, fragrance, or any visible signs of wear
If you're unsure whether your return will be accepted, ask yourself:
“Would I be happy to receive the item in this condition?”
If the answer is no, it’s unlikely we will be able to approve the return.
How to Start a Return

Reason for return
Once your return is approved, we’ll share full instructions - including where to send the parcel. Items sent back without prior confirmation will not be accepted.
Returns Outside the Window
If your item is returned outside the 14- or 30-day window, don’t worry - you may still be eligible for store credit, valid for 3 months from the date of issue. This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis once we receive and inspect the item.
Faulty Items
All DE NOIR garments are quality-checked before dispatch. However, in the rare event that you receive a faulty item, please contact us immediately at info@denoir.co.uk with:

A description and photo of the issue
If confirmed faulty, we’ll issue a full refund and reimburse your return shipping. Please keep your courier receipt, and ensure the return is sent via a tracked service - we cannot be responsible for items that don’t reach us.
