Return Policy

We hope you love your DE NOIR pieces - but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for UK orders and 30 days for EU and international orders.

To be eligible for a refund, returned items must:

  • Be unworn and undamaged

  • Arrive in their original packaging, with all tags and hygiene stickers attached

  • Be free from stains, makeup marks, fragrance, or any visible signs of wear

If you're unsure whether your return will be accepted, ask yourself:
“Would I be happy to receive the item in this condition?”
If the answer is no, it’s unlikely we will be able to approve the return.

How to Start a Return

Please email info@denoir.co.uk with the following information:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return

Once your return is approved, we’ll share full instructions - including where to send the parcel. Items sent back without prior confirmation will not be accepted.

Returns Outside the Window

If your item is returned outside the 14- or 30-day window, don’t worry  - you may still be eligible for store credit, valid for 3 months from the date of issue. This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis once we receive and inspect the item.

Faulty Items

All DE NOIR garments are carefully quality-checked before dispatch. However, in the rare event that you receive an item with a fault, you must notify us by email at info@denoir.co.uk within 24–48 hours of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the fault

Faults reported outside this timeframe may not be accepted as faults present at the time of delivery.

If the item is confirmed to have a manufacturing fault, we will issue a full refund and reimburse reasonable return shipping costs. Please retain your courier receipt and return the item using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for returns that do not reach us.
