Every order ships from London, UK. We aim to ensure your DE NOIR order reaches you as smoothly and swiftly as possible. Please see below for our current shipping options and timelines:

UK DELIVERY

• Standard Delivery (2–4 working days): £4.00

• Express Delivery (1–3 working days): £5.00
  Free express shipping on UK orders over £180
  Please note: Express service is not available for BT postcodes.

• Royal Mail Special Delivery – Next Working Day
  When you want it now.
  Guaranteed next working day delivery

Place your order before 12:00 PM (midday), Monday - Friday to qualify. Next Day Delivery is available UK-wide. Selected postcodes such as BT and PA may require an extra working day. Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends, or on UK bank holidays ship the next working day. No dispatch on Sundays.

EUROPEAN DELIVERY

• EU Tracked Delivery (6–10 working days via DPD): £25.00
  Free EU shipping on orders over £250
  All duties and VAT for EU orders are covered by DE NOIR  - you won’t be charged anything additional upon delivery.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

• Standard International (6–10 working days): £25.00
  Free international shipping on orders over £250

For international orders outside the UK and EU, duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid prior to delivery.

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive tracking information via email within 48 hours of your order being processed.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Lead times for pre-order items are listed on the respective product pages.

Once dispatched, your shipping time will depend on the method selected at checkout:

• UK Express: 1–2 working days

• UK Standard: 3–4 working days

• Europe & International: 6–10 working days
