Pre-Orders: How It Works
We offer pre-orders on selected items due to high demand and limited stock. The estimated shipping date for each pre-order item is clearly listed on the individual product page.
At DE NOIR, we produce in small batches to ensure:
- unique and not mass-produced
- minimise waste and stay true to sustainable value
When you pre-order an item:
- You secure it before it sells out
- It will ship on the release date shown on the product page
- If we receive the item earlier than expected, we’ll let you know and ship it out sooner
Changed Your Mind?
No problem! If you change your mind after placing a pre-order (or regular order), just let us know before it ships and we’ll issue a full refund, including any shipping charges—no questions asked.
What If It Doesn’t Fit?
If your dress doesn’t fit, you can return it within the stated return window from the date you receive it.
Here’s how:
- Contact us with your order number and reason for return
- Once we receive the item back, we’ll issue a full refund
