Pre-Orders: How It Works
We offer pre-orders on selected items due to high demand and limited stock. The estimated shipping date for each pre-order item is clearly listed on the individual product page.
At DE NOIR, we produce in small batches to ensure:
- unique and not mass-produced
- minimise waste and stay true to sustainable value
When you pre-order an item:
- You secure it before it sells out
- It will ship on the release date shown on the product page
- If we receive the item earlier than expected, we’ll let you know and ship it out sooner
Changed Your Mind?
No problem! If you change your mind after placing a pre-order (or regular order), just let us know before it ships and we’ll issue a full refund, including any shipping charges—no questions asked.
What If It Doesn’t Fit?
If your piece doesn’t fit, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for UK orders, or 30 days of delivery for EU and international orders. Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, with all tags and hygiene stickers attached.
Here’s how:
- Email info@denoir.co.uk with your order number and reason for return — please allow up to 24 hours for a reply
- Once we receive and check the item, we’ll issue your refund
Please note: for hygiene reasons, earrings can’t be returned unless faulty.
Duties & Import Charges
For every order delivered outside the UK, customs duties and import taxes are calculated and paid at checkout.
What you see at checkout is everything you pay — no hidden fees on arrival, and nothing for the courier to collect at your door.
