When you pre-order an item:
- You secure it before it sells out
- It will ship on the release date shown on the product page
- If we receive the item earlier than expected, we’ll let you know and ship it out sooner
Changed Your Mind?
No problem! If you change your mind after placing a pre-order (or regular order), just let us know before it ships and we’ll issue a full refund, including any shipping charges—no questions asked.
What If It Doesn’t Fit?
If your dress doesn’t fit, you can return it within the stated return window from the date you receive it.

- Once we receive the item back, we’ll issue a full refund
